Vacation Rental By Owner and HomeAway are popular and established portals to connect landlords and tenants. However, a recent rise in the fees and commissions charged have forced increases in rental rates. We recommend a local alternative – GV Rentals. These folks have created a site to display property and contact information for a very reasonable rate, and are poised to become a great alternative to the more expensive portals.
